Privacy and Cyber Operations Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a Privacy and Cyber Operations Specialist to support Ralliant’s global privacy and cybersecurity compliance programs. This is an opportunity to help build our processes through automation, manage those workflows, coordinate across Legal, Information Security, IT, Procurement, and business teams, and drive matters through completion.

The Operations Specialist is a member of the Law & Compliance Department reporting to the Global Head of Investigations, Cybersecurity & Privacy. The role will have meaningful responsibility for global privacy and cyber programs, translating GDPR, CCPA, NIS2, and similar regulatory requirements into clear, actionable policies. The Operations Specialist will exercise independent judgment in day-to-day administrative matters and be able to spot risk and quickly escalate matters requiring legal judgment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business and other stakeholders to develop and administer privacy and cybersecurity compliance procedures, trackers, registrations, and calendars across the organization.
  • Develop scalable procedures with appropriate automation for privacy impact assessments, data-subject requests, and similar workflows.
  • Coordinate privacy reviews of vendors, products, systems and business processes.
  • Support incident response for data breaches and other privacy incidents.
  • Develop and deliver privacy training and awareness programs across the organization.
  • Prepare privacy metrics, dashboards, status reports and audit-ready documentation for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or comparable experience with an associate’s degree in law, information security, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail, judgment, and commitment to confidentiality and ethical conduct.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to convert requirements into clear tasks, records and practical guidance.
  • Four to six years of experience in privacy, cybersecurity compliance, legal operations, regulatory compliance or a comparable operational role.
  • Fluency with AI and/or automation (e.g., Power BI) tools with demonstrated experience automating routine procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and manage recurring compliance processes, multiple deadlines, documentation and cross-functional follow-up with limited supervision.
  • Experience supporting a multinational privacy, cybersecurity, or similar compliance program.

Preferred

  • Experience administering privacy requests, assessments, records of processing, vendor reviews, regulatory trackers, or compliance audits.
  • Experience reviewing vendor and third-party contracts, especially for privacy or security terms.
  • Familiarity with response processes for privacy and data incidents.
  • CDPSE, CIPT, CIPP/E or /US, Security+, or other relevant privacy or cybersecurity credential.
  • Fluency in Slovakian and/or German languages.
