About All Points Broadband

All Points Broadband is a fast-growing fiber internet provider on a mission to close the digital divide. We build and operate fiber networks that bring reliable, high-speed internet to underserved communities across Virginia and beyond, giving residents and businesses the connectivity they need to thrive.

We're a close-knit, fast-moving team headquartered in Richmond, VA. Everyone here has real ownership over their work and a direct hand in our growth. If you want a job where you can learn fast, take on real responsibility, and see the impact of your work in the communities we serve, you'll fit right in here."

The Role

Before we can bring fiber to a town, we need permission to build. That’s where you come in. As our Private Easement Specialist, you’ll travel to the communities we’re connecting and meet face to face with property owners, from families to farms and local businesses. You’ll explain how our network will reach them and their neighbors and secure the easements and right-of-entry agreements that let our crews get to work.

It’s a job built on trust, one conversation at a time, and every agreement you sign brings a community one step closer to fast, reliable internet. You’ll earn a base salary plus commission, so the more agreements you secure, the more you earn.

This position will be assigned our Loudoun/Fauquier territory.

What You'll Do

Secure the agreements

  • Secure easements on private land across Virginia so our crews can build and expand our fiber network.
  • Walk property owners through what we're building, answer their questions, work through their concerns, and get agreements signed.
  • Spot new opportunities in your territory, like properties or neighborhoods that open a path for our network, and follow them through.

Be a familiar face in your territory

  • Travel regularly across our Virginia service area to the territories you're assigned.
  • Build lasting, trusted relationships with property owners, developers, property managers, county officials, and community leaders.

Keep the build on track

  • Work with our legal and engineering teams so every agreement is documented, filed correctly, and meets requirements.
  • Match your agreement timelines to our construction schedules, so crews can start on time.

What You'll Bring

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year in sales, customer service, or field-based work preferred.
  • A Virginia notary commission, or the ability to get one within 30 days of starting.
  • Strong people skills: you explain things clearly, listen will, and negotiate fairly.
  • A calm approach when a conversation gets tense, and a knack for finding a solution that works for both the property owner and APB.
  • The drive and dependability to manage your own day in the field, without someone checking in on you.
  • Good organization, so you can keep several agreements moving at once and meet deadlines.
  • A home base in Virginia and a willingness to travel often across the state.
