Role Overview:

We are hiring a Private Equity Associate to support deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio management for a global investment firm. The role involves evaluating high-growth technology and software companies for potential investments. You will collaborate with senior investment professionals to structure transactions and monitor portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analysis to assess investment opportunities.

• Perform detailed due diligence on target companies, including financial, operational, and market risks.

• Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for investment committees and limited partners.

• Support portfolio companies with strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

• Monitor existing investments, track KPIs, and report performance to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise in private equity or venture capital settings.

• Experience with due diligence processes for technology and software investments.

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.

• Ability to analyze complex financial statements and market trends.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
