Mirante Partners is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented private equity sourcing analyst to join our team. We specialize in executing direct acquisitions of companies and supporting entrepreneur and family office clients in identifying and acquiring high potential companies. This role offers hands-on exposure to the front end of M&A transactions — combining research, outreach, and relationship building.

Position Summary

As a Private Equity Deal Sourcing Analyst at Mirante Partners, you will play a crucial role in identifying and evaluating investment opportunities. You will work closely with our investment team to source and analyze potential deals

Key Responsibilities

• Research and map industries to identify high potential acquisition targets.

• Conduct market research and analysis to support deal sourcing activities.

• Develop and maintain relationships with industry contacts and potential partners.

• Manage early-stage communications and track pipeline interactions.

• Assist in the preparation of investment proposals and presentations.

• Collaborate with the investment team to assess the viability of potential deals.

Qualifications

• Recently completed a Bachelor's degree

• Excellent written and verbal English skills, with confidence to interact with U.S.-based professionals

• Strong organization, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Preference for candidates with international or English-intensive experiences (e.g., exchange programs, work experience, college coursework)

• Experience or interest in sales, finance, consulting, or startups is a plus
