Pro Bono social Media and content strategist(Volunteer role)

Pro Bono Uganda is seeking a creative, purpose-driven Social Media & Content Strategist to help tell the stories behind our work. This role is ideal for someone who believes in using digital platforms to amplify community impact, youth leadership, and social change. Create and schedule posts (graphics, videos, captions) Write compelling stories highlighting community impact and volunteers Cover events and campaigns digitally Engage with followers, partners, and volunteers online Track engagement and prepare simple monthly insights Support campaign launches and fundraising or partnership visibility Background or interest in communications, media, marketing, journalism, or digital content Experience managing social media accounts (personal or organizational) Hands-on experience in impact communications A strong portfolio of real-world social impact work Professional references and recommendation letters Exposure to partnerships, donors, and national initiatives Opportunities for leadership, learning, and future paid roles Certificate of contribution upon completion of service If you believe storytelling can drive change and want to use your skills for purpose, this role offers a meaningful way to contribute while growing professionally.
