Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Consultant to support the
development and execution of our digital marketing strategy across both LITARM CONSULTS
LTD and CertiLink Africa. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a strong grasp of digital trends,
content creation, and marketing analytics who is looking to grow within a fast-paced and impact
driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute strategic digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter,
Instagram, and other platforms to drive brand visibility and lead generation for both HR
services and professional training.
Create and manage content calendars, including writing, scheduling, and publishing engaging,
business-relevant content while monitoring performance and optimizing based on analytics.
Identify and engage target audiences such as HR managers, training decision-makers, SMEs,
NGOs, and corporate clients through audience research, tailored messaging, and direct online
engagement.
Lead the digital relaunch of the brand by curating success stories, educational content, and
client testimonials that enhance trust and credibility.
Support lead acquisition and client conversion through well-designed email campaigns,
landing pages, and digital marketing collateral in collaboration with the creative and training
teams.
Monitor digital performance and competitor activity, providing actionable insights and
adjustments to stay aligned with industry trends and growth goals.
Engage with followers and prospective clients by responding to messages and inquiries
professionally and promptly to enhance customer experience and brand loyalty.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, IT, or related field.
12 years of experience in digital marketing, internships included.
Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter).
Familiarity with Canva, WordPress, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools (e.g.,
Mailchimp).
Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g. LinkedIn Campaign
Manager, YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, and Buffer).
Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under minimal supervision.
Passion for learning and a proactive attitude, entrepreneurial thinking, and purpose-driven
branding.
Added Advantage
Certification in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Digital Garage, HubSpot Academy, or
Meta Blueprint).
Experience working in the training or consulting industry.
Basic video editing or graphic design skills.
