Role Description The Pro Trader role at SCopyTrade is a full-time, and fully remote. Pro Traders are responsible for actively managing crypto portfolios, executing trades in line with risk-managed strategies, and maintaining consistent performance that can be mirrored by platform users. Day-to-day activities include market analysis, strategy development and refinement, monitoring positions, and adapting to changing market conditions. Pro Traders collaborate with the analytics and product teams to provide insights, share trading rationale, and help improve the platform’s tools and performance metrics. The role also involves maintaining clear documentation of trading approaches, adhering to compliance and risk guidelines, and engaging with the community when needed to build trust and transparency.
Qualifications

• Strong expertise in crypto trading, including spot and derivatives markets, with a proven track record of consistent, risk-adjusted returns.
• Advanced skills in technical and fundamental analysis, including charting, indicators, on-chain data, and macro/sector research.
• Solid risk management capabilities, such as position sizing, portfolio diversification, and disciplined use of leverage and stop-loss mechanisms.
• Experience using professional trading tools and platforms, and comfort working with analytics dashboards and performance reporting.
• Ability to work remote, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate trading strategies clearly and transparently.
• High level of integrity, discipline, and adherence to ethical trading practices; prior experience in proprietary trading, hedge funds, or crypto firms is a plus.
• Practical experience trading with strong results will be considered.
• Willingness to continuously learn, adapt to market innovations, and engage with the evolving Web3 and DeFi ecosystem.
