Role Description The Asst. Digital Communicator internship is a hybrid role based in Lagos, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the creation and scheduling of digital content, assisting with social media posts, and helping monitor online engagement across platforms. The intern will help draft basic copy for campaigns, update content calendars, and contribute to visual and written materials under the guidance of senior team members. The role also involves gathering simple performance metrics, preparing reports, and participating in brainstorming sessions for client projects. This is an internship position designed to build foundational skills in digital communication while contributing to the agency’s client work.
Qualifications

• Basic skills in written communication and content creation for digital platforms.
• Familiarity with social media channels (such as Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn) and interest in online engagement.
• Comfort using common digital tools (e.g., productivity suites, basic design or editing software) and willingness to learn new platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow guidelines, and openness to feedback.
• Ability to work collaboratively in Lagos in a hybrid setup and manage time effectively for both on-site and remote tasks.
• Interest in digital marketing, branding, or communications; prior coursework or personal projects in these areas are an advantage.
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in communications, marketing, media, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
