Process Analyst

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Process Analyst to analyze and optimize Supply Chain business processes for automation initiatives. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders and the RPA team to identify automation opportunities and improve business efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing Supply Chain business processes and identify automation opportunities.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document process requirements.
  
• Create process maps, workflows, and detailed process documentation.
  
• Support RPA development using Robocorp and Python.
  
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis for automation initiatives.
  
• Work with technical teams to design efficient automation solutions.
  
• Test and validate automated solutions against business requirements.
  
• Manage multiple process improvement initiatives and meet project deadlines.
  
• Communicate process insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  

Key Skills & Qualifications

• 3.5+ years of experience in Business Process Analysis, Process Improvement, or similar roles.
  
• Strong experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes.
  
• Experience in Supply Chain process analysis is preferred.
  
• Familiarity with RPA tools, particularly Robocorp.
  
• Basic to strong proficiency in Python.
  
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  
• Experience working in Agile environments.
  

Nice to Have

• Six Sigma certification.
  
• Experience with process mining tools such as Celonis or UiPath Process Mining.
  
• Knowledge of task mining and process simulation.
  
• Experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or other RPA tools.
