Process Analyst
Location: Dubai - Remote with occasional on-site attendance required.
Working pattern:Full Time
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract - 2 years with possible extension.
Number of roles:1
Salary:Competitive
We are looking for an experienced Process Analyst to lead the design and build-out of an entirely new, end-to-end student journey: from initial application, through enrolment, study, graduation, and into alumni relations and employability support. The initial focus will be our new operation in Dubai, with the process design expected to support a number of geographies and different operating environments.
This is a rare greenfield opportunity: there is no legacy process to unpick or “as-is” state to map. You will be designing the AI-first student journey from a blank page.
This is a hands-on, fixed-term role for someone who can combine rigorous process design methodology (Lean / Six Sigma) with practical, forward-looking knowledge of automation (RPA) and Generative AI applications in service and process design. You will work closely with operational teams, IT, and senior stakeholders to define where AI and automation can genuinely improve the experience and efficiency of the student journey : not as a technology exercise, but as a process-first, evidence-led design.
You will produce the definitive “to-be” process maps for the student lifecycle, define automation and AI opportunities from first principles, quantify the case for the design choices made, and support implementation planning and handover to delivery teams.

What you’ll bring to the role
Demonstrable experience as a Process/Business Analyst, with a track record of designing and re-engineering end-to-end processes in a complex organisation.
Practical working knowledge of Lean (or equivalent, e.g. Six Sigma, BPM) methodology and tools: value stream mapping, root cause analysis, waste identification.
Exposure to RPA (e.g. UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism) and/or Generative AI process applications: understanding capabilities and realistic limitations well enough to assess opportunities, even if not personally configuring the tools.
Strong stakeholder management skills; comfortable working with both frontline operational staff and senior leadership.
Excellent process documentation skills (BPMN or similar notation, clear written communication).
Analytical mindset: comfortable working with process data, cycle times, and volumes to build an evidence-based case.
Understanding of data protection principles (UK GDPR) as they apply to student data and automated processing.
How to apply
Please apply with CV and cover letter no later than 1st November 2026. Note, we recommend that you apply at the earliest as we reserve the right to close the role before the closing date if we have gathered a suitable shortlist.
