About this Position Henkel ABLESTIK manufactures a wide range of high-performance paste products used in semiconductor packaging, integrated circuits, consumer electronics, and automotive applications. The Manufacturing Process Engineer serves as the operations representative and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to support daily manufacturing activities, lead issue investigations, drive change management initiatives, and manage product lifecycle activities, including product discontinuation. Manufacturing Process Engineer works closely with departments across PD, PDE, Application, product management to achieve plant objectives in Safety, Quality, Sustainability, Lean Manufacturing, and Cost Competitiveness. The role is responsible for driving process excellence, continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and sustainable business growth. What you´ll do Ensure compliance with company SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) requirements and actively contribute to maintaining a safe working environment. Be responsible for the sustainable maintenance, governance, and analysis of product master data within operational systems, including SAP, MES, and other relevant platforms. Lead investigations into product abnormalities, and provide technical support for customer concerns, complaints, and quality-related issues. Lead and drive product-related changes, including raw material substitutions, process optimization, and equipment modifications, to enhance product competitiveness and business performance. Perform other duties and assignments as directed by supervisors. What makes you a good fit Master’s degree in chemical engineering, materials science, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in product development, process engineering, or a related technical function. Fluent in both spoken and written English, with strong communication skills in a multicultural business environment. Six Sigma certification is preferred. Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and methodologies, including Minitab, is an advantage. Experience in leading or participating in cross-functional projects is preferred.
