What we expect from you: Proactively collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and define future processes and system enhancements. Analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, risks, and automation opportunities and propose TO BE business processes. Prioritize and manage the process and system improvement backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and transformation roadmap. Act as a subject matter expert for finance process standardization, ERP optimization, and regulatory requirements Support solution design, testing, change management, and user adoption activities to ensure successful implementation of new processes and tools. What you will do: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business process management or Finance transformation/ERP implementation role. Self-driven individual with the ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic environment. Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes and experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP S/4HANA). Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation techniques. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to identifying root causes and delivering sustainable solutions.
