Process Implementation Manager

Your Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize business and IT service management processes.
• Drive end-to-end process implementation and adoption.
• Translate business requirements into workflows and tool-based solutions.
• Lead cross-functional process improvement and implementation projects.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and alignment sessions.
• Collaborate with business, process owners, and technical teams to integrate processes into
enterprise platforms.

Your Profile:

• 5+ years of experience in process design, implementation, and optimization.
• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL frameworks.
• Experience with BPMN process modelling and process documentation.
• Hands-on experience with workflow platforms and process automation.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in international and cross-functional environments.
• Familiarity with USM Valuemation (USU), ADONIS, Jira, and Agile environments is a plus.
• Experience with Change, Release, Demand, or Service Portfolio Management is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
• ITIL and Project Management certifications are considered a plus.
• Fluent English; German is an advantage.
