Process Improvement Manager

Role Description The Process Improvement Manager at Centro de Assistência Jurídica Saracura (CAJU-FGV) will lead the analysis, design, and optimization of key operational and administrative processes. In this part-time remote role, the professional will map current workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose data-driven solutions that enhance efficiency, quality, and service delivery. Day-to-day tasks include conducting process assessments, defining performance metrics, coordinating with legal and administrative teams, and documenting new procedures in a clear and accessible manner. The role also involves monitoring the implementation of improvement initiatives, preparing progress reports, and facilitating continuous feedback to ensure sustainable operational excellence. Collaboration with leadership to prioritize projects, align improvements with strategic goals, and foster a culture of continuous improvement is expected.
Qualifications

• Ability to manage and optimize Business Process Improvement and Process Improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and quality.
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess current practices, interpret data, and make evidence-based recommendations.
• Experience in designing, documenting, and refining Business Process workflows across multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated commitment to Operational Excellence, including setting performance standards and monitoring outcomes.
• Relevant academic background in Business, Public Administration, Law, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience with process mapping tools, KPIs, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and remote collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently, organize multiple priorities, and deliver results in a part-time remote environment.
