This role partners across Operations, Technology, Product, Implementation, Training, and Leadership teams to align on scalable service solutions, optimize processes, support operational readiness, and drives initiatives to improve consistency, productivity, performance, and customer outcomes. The ideal candidate is a consultative, strategic thinker who can translate business needs into practical, scalable, and sustainable operational solutions. Thinks strategically while remaining execution focused Operates as a consultant and trusted advisor Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and innovation Uses data and insights to make recommendations Builds strong partnerships across functions Balances customer needs, business objectives, and operational realities Is comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving change Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Is curious, proactive, collaborative, and focused on outcomes As a Process Manager, Operations Strategy & Optimization, you will Conduct discovery sessions to identify business requirements and design processes that align with business objectives and best practices Partner with operations to identify servicing needs, operational challenges, and improvement opportunities Provide recommendations and future-state solutions that align operational capabilities with business needs Drive initiatives that improve operational efficiency, service consistency, quality, and customer outcomes Support the successful implementation of new technologies, operational initiatives, and service model changes Partner with Product and Technology teams to support operational readiness for technology initiatives Support testing, adoption planning, communication, training support, and post-implementation stabilization activities Assist with organizational change initiatives, transformation efforts, and operational improvement programs About you Prior corporate travel experience Experience in operations, process improvement, project management, consulting, or program management Experience designing and documenting requirements, processes, workflows, and scope of services Knowledge of GDS Amadeus Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills What we offer you At BCD Travel, we work with highly motivated and passionate people. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Process Manager, Operations Strategy & Optimization is between $70,000 and $85,000.
