MBNL is looking for a Process Mapping Specialist to join our Quality Assurance & Operational Excellence team, supporting our transformation into an Infrastructure Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the future of the organisation by documenting, improving and standardising business processes that drive efficiency, governance and performance.

What you'll be doing:

• Facilitate process discovery workshops with stakeholders across the business.
• Map and document end-to-end business processes using BPMN 2.0 standards.
• Analyse current-state processes and design future-state improvements.
• Identify process inefficiencies, risks, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain and enhance the organisation's process landscape and governance framework.
• Produce high-quality process documentation, guidance and supporting materials.
• Support operational teams in adopting process improvements and new ways of working.

What we're looking for:

• Strong experience in Process Mapping, Business Process Analysis or Operational Excellence roles.
• Excellent BPMN 2.0 process modelling capability.
• Experience using process mapping tools such as GBTEC BIC, Visio or similar.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Experience working across complex organisational environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs to tight deadlines.

Nice to have:

• Lean, Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement qualifications.
• Experience facilitating Kaizen workshops.
• Knowledge of process governance, risk and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with process mining, workflow automation or BPM tools.
• Power BI, Excel or data analysis experience.
• Telecommunications, infrastructure or asset-intensive industry experience.
