As a Processing Support Specialist, you will review and validate invoice data processed through our VAT4U SmartAI platform. Our AI technology automatically extracts information from invoices and business documents. Your responsibility is to identify and correct errors, complete missing information and ensure data quality.

You will work primarily with documents from businesses in the EU and UK. Your work supports our technology and services, helping international companies automate and simplify their VAT management processes.

Your profile

We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

• Professional experience: Previous experience in administration, office support, data processing or a comparable computer-based role is required.
• Digital skills: Confident use of computers, standard office software and digital applications.
• Attention to detail: Ability to work accurately and systematically, including when handling repetitive tasks.
• Reliability: Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and take responsibility for the quality of your work.
• English: Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
• Additional languages: Professional proficiency in an additional language relevant to our European markets, particularly German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch or Polish, is highly desirable.

• Relevant knowledge: Experience with invoice processing, accounting or European business documentation is an advantage. Previous VAT experience is not required. We provide the necessary training.

• You must be based in Germany and legally authorised to work in Germany for the duration of the employment.
