About the Role

The Procurement Administrator validates supplier request and supplier registration questionnaires, validates and distributes PRs, creates and follows up on POs as well as processes tickets / issues for the responsible geographies and locations.

What You Will Do

• Manage supplier creation, registration, and master data maintenance.
• Validate supplier requests and registration questionnaires.
• Maintain procurement data, including price lists and Source-to-Pay information.
• Review and distribute PRs, ensuring compliance with procurement processes and established buying channels.
• Support requisitioners in correcting PRs and identifying existing contracts or catalogues.
• Create and manage POs in SAP/4HANA and Ariba.
• Follow up on PO confirmations, overdue orders, and goods/services receipts.
• Resolve procurement-related tickets and escalate issues when required.
• Collaborate with Buyers, requisitioners, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and provide end-user guidance as needed.

Who You Are

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Source-to-Pay, or a similar role is preferred.
• Experience with SAP /4HANA and/or Ariba is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate English and French, written and spoken, required.
