Success in this role requires strong people leadership, stakeholder influence and hands-on design capability, including Power BI, to strengthen data governance, reporting, performance visibility and procurement outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Lead, coach and develop a technical analytics team to deliver high-quality procurement reporting, insights and decision support across the Procurement lifecycle. • Set the direction for Procurement analytics, reporting frameworks and service offerings, ensuring they support business priorities, governance requirements and stakeholder needs. • Translate complex procurement, supplier, contract and market data into actionable insights that inform sourcing strategies, business cases, benefits tracking and commercial decision-making. • Apply data modelling, statistical analysis, research methods and analytical tools to identify opportunities, improve procurement outcomes and strengthen performance visibility. • Drive continuous improvement in Procurement reporting, dashboards, data quality and analytics capability, lifting the maturity, consistency and impact of insights across the function. • Build trusted relationships with Procurement teams and business stakeholders, providing clear advice, performance insights and reporting that enable better decisions and measurable outcomes.
