Procurement Associate

We are hiring a Procurement Associate to support the day-to-day procurement services programs for all departments in our Communities and Home Offices, while supporting the Procurement Help Desk, tickets, calls and emails. This is a great opportunity for an individual with call center/help desk experience who wants to learn procurement platforms and software.

How you will make an impact

• Supports the day-to-day procurement services programs including but not limited to: P-cards, Travel, Gift cards, DSSI, Cell phones, Document storage, Shipping, Printing, Office supplies, Postage machines, Rebates, Rental cars, Shredding, Vendor addition, User account creation, Employee discounts, Purchase Orders.
• Places orders for the IT department along with Operations, for start-up of new buildings and new communities.
• Educates staff about Erickson’s preferred vendors
• Serves as a resource for all e-Procurement systems
• Supports the DSSI/e-commerce system and provides instruction for users, assisting staff with suggestions in finding products in DSSI.
• Creates purchase order spreadsheets as requested.
• Conducts monthly or quarterly audits as requested.
• Educates staff about P-card and Gift card programs. Conducts webinars as needed.
• Handles tickets and calls from the Procurement Help Desk and responds to questions/concerns within a timely manner.

Compensation: $25.00 - 26.00 per hour, plus eligibility for annual bonus.

What you will need

• Minimum of 4 years of previous experience working in a purchasing or call center/ help desk environment. Healthcare experience is preferred.
• Experience in managing a purchase card program or a travel program preferred
• DSSI and Microsoft AX experience preferred
• Ability to work in a team environment, with strong customer service and prioritization skills.
