ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Category Manager to lead the EMEA sourcing strategy and transformation agenda for Facility Management (FM) and Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO).

You will manage strategic sourcing initiatives, optimize supplier partnerships and deliver measurable savings while ensuring operational continuity and stakeholder engagement across multiple countries.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Develop and execute category strategies for FM and MRO across EMEA.
• Lead strategic sourcing projects, supplier negotiations and contract management activities.
• Identify and deliver sustainable cost reduction opportunities.
• Drive supplier performance management and governance.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, EHS, Finance and local procurement teams across the region.
• Support standardization, transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in strategic sourcing and category management within an international industrial environment.
• Proven experience delivering procurement transformation and measurable savings.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing FM and MRO categories are a strong plus.
• Fluent in English – any additional European language is a plus
