Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and organized Procurement Manager to work remotely while overseeing purchasing activities, supplier relationships, and procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills, with a focus on cost efficiency and reliable supply.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing activities, supplier relationships, and procurement processes to ensure timely availability of materials and supplies.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms, and monitor supplier performance.
• Review inventory needs, purchase orders, and delivery schedules to help prevent shortages and production delays.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with production, inventory, finance, suppliers, and management teams to support daily operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Previous procurement, purchasing, or supply-chain experience required.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and purchasing systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Reliable work ethic and attention to detail.
