I'm partnering with a leading procurement consultancy seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to deliver strategic procurement leadership for a housing sector client.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a procurement professional with expert knowledge of the Procurement Act 2023, public sector procurement regulations, and framework management. You'll play a key role in shaping procurement strategy, advising senior stakeholders, and delivering compliant, value-driven procurement outcomes.

Key Focus Areas

• Leading complex end-to-end procurement projects.
• Developing and implementing strategic sourcing strategies.
• Providing expert guidance on the Procurement Act 2023 and public sector compliance requirements.
• Managing and optimising framework agreements, ensuring maximum commercial value and regulatory compliance.
• Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and suppliers.
• Identifying opportunities for cost savings, innovation, social value, and continuous improvement.
• Supporting contract and supplier performance management activities.

About You

• Proven procurement leadership experience within public sector, housing, or regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of framework procurement, call-off processes, and strategic category management.
• Extensive knowledge of current procurement legislation and governance requirements.
• Excellent commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• CIPS qualified or working towards accreditation is advantageous.
