💰 Salary: $1,700 USD Monthly

We're looking for a highly strategic Procurement Manager to lead the sourcing and purchasing of construction finish materials directly from East Asian factories for multifamily, hospitality, and commercial clients.

This role owns the supplier side of finish material packages. You'll support pre-construction bidding, negotiate with factories, manage quality control, and hold suppliers accountable to specs, budgets, and schedules through delivery.

Requirements:

✅ 90%+ English proficiency (spoken and written).

✅ 5+ years of experience in procurement or sourcing for construction finish materials (tile, flooring, millwork, plumbing, etc.).

✅ Direct experience vetting, negotiating, and buying directly from factories in East Asia.

✅ Ability to read construction documents, finish schedules, and specifications.

✅ Working knowledge of international logistics, Incoterms, and landed-cost modeling.

✅ Strong Excel skills and the flexibility to manage early/late calls across Asian time zones.

✅ Willingness to travel internationally for factory visits and trade fairs.

✅ Fast and stable internet connection, Core i5 (or above), and 8GB RAM minimum.

✅ Valid passport required; valid U.S. visa or other relevant international travel visas are a plus.
