Contract Length: Until 31/03/27

Location: Bootle - Glasgow, Bootle, Leeds, Birmingham, Nottingham, Bristol, Basingstoke, primarily a WFH role, adhoc office attendance

Description:

• Manage end-to-end procurement and contract letting processes in accordance with the relevant Procurement Regulations;
• Support internal stakeholders in all aspect of the contract letting process including pre-market engagement; developing procurement strategies; developing statement of service requirements and evaluation approaches ensuring the timely re-competition and extension of contracts to support business requirements;
• Manage the procurement process, supporting stakeholders throughout the negotiation and contract management process;
• Manage supplier performance and conduct service reviews for central service contracts, if applicable;
• Oversee the administration process of contracts and supplier management, including liaison with stakeholders and business representatives as required;
• Support the management of a contracts register for all contracts, updating the supplier and contract database and providing general advice on the contracts, suppliers and processes in place.
• Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative to deliver outcomes.
