📢 WE ARE HIRING | Automobile Procurement – Manager / Associate Director

We are looking for professionals with strong expertise in Automotive Direct Material

Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Value Engineering & Cost Optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic sourcing and category management for automotive direct materials.
• Drive value engineering, should-cost analysis and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Manage supplier negotiations, development and performance improvement.
• Identify cost optimisation opportunities through localisation, alternate sourcing and design-to-cost.
• Work with automotive OEMs and Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers.

Candidate Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, Production or related engineering discipline.
• MBA from a reputed institute preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in automotive procurement and direct sourcing.
• Hands-on experience in direct material sourcing and value engineering / cost reduction across multiple component categories.
• Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing and component costing.

Work Details:

• 5 days working | Hybrid model
• Travel to client sites as required
