We are now looking for a Procurement Business Partner to join our Global Procurement team. In this role, you'll act as the key link between local operations and Essity's global procurement organization, helping to ensure that procurement strategies translate into business value at site level.

About the Role
As Procurement Business Partner, you will be the primary procurement contact for local stakeholders and manufacturing operations. You will work closely with Global Category Managers, Buyers, Supplier Quality teams and business leaders to ensure procurement activities support both operational needs and strategic priorities.
You will play an important role in strengthening supplier relationships, managing risks, supporting sustainability initiatives and driving procurement excellence across the site.
This role requires you to divide your time at our manufacturing sites in Falkenberg, Mölnlycke and Lilla Edet. Preferably you are located in Falkenberg, Lilla Edet or Göteborg.

What You Will Do
As our Procurement Business Partner, you will:
- Act as the main procurement contact for local stakeholders and manufacturing operations.
- Build strong partnerships across the business and ensure procurement is represented in local planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with Global Category Managers and Buyers to support sourcing strategies and procurement initiatives.
- Ensure effective implementation of global and regional supplier agreements at site level.
- Support supplier onboarding, contract communication and user enablement activities.
- Drive stakeholder satisfaction by proactively identifying opportunities and resolving challenges.
- Provide procurement expertise and challenge demand to identify efficiencies and value-creation opportunities.
- Act as the first point of escalation for procurement-related matters, including supplier performance and quality issues.
- Support cross-functional projects by providing local business and operational insights.
- Identify procurement risks and work with Procurement, Sustainability and Supplier Quality teams to develop mitigation plans.
- Promote responsible sourcing practices and ensure sustainability considerations are integrated into local business activities.
- Represent Global Procurement in audits, supplier reviews and site visits.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes, systems, reporting and performance measurement.

What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field.
- Experience within procurement, sourcing, supply chain or a similar business partnering role.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
- Knowledge of supplier management, contract implementation and procurement processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with procurement and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
