We are looking for a Procurement Manager APAC to join our Commercial Department and manage supplier and carrier relationships across the Asia-Pacific region.

What you will do

• Source and onboard new suppliers, carriers, and operators across APAC; negotiate rates, contracts, and interconnections.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, including daily communication, negotiations, dispute resolution, and balance control.
• Optimize supplier rates, routes, and margins to improve profitability.
• Search, test, configure, and monitor SMS routes, including backup, Direct, Exclusive, and Premium routes.
• Prepare and maintain routes and products for the Sales team based on client requirements.
• Manage assigned countries: identify new routes, monitor performance, and ensure route quality.
• Analyze traffic, route performance, supplier/client margins, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Monitor APAC market trends, competitors, regulations, and new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM and country/route databases, including operators, suppliers, regulations, and market information.
• Participate in supplier meetings, industry exhibitions, and cross-functional projects.

What we are looking for

• 1+ year of experience as a Procurement Manager, Carrier Relations Manager, or similar role in an SMS aggregator / CPaaS / Wholesale telecom company.
• Strong understanding of the A2P SMS / wholesale messaging market and carrier ecosystem.
• Experience working with APAC suppliers, carriers, or operators.
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills, with experience managing supplier rates and margins.
• Understanding of SMS routing, route testing, traffic analysis, and quality monitoring.
• Analytical, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Fluent English is a must.
