Procurement Operations Associate with Polish

Job location

Romania | Candidates based in Bucharest, Iași, or Brașov can work in a hybrid model (1 day/week from the office), while candidates from other locations in Romania can work remotely. Working schedule: Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00.

Role summary

Support procurement operations activities by managing purchase requisitions, resolving procurement-related inquiries, and ensuring a high-quality experience for internal stakeholders and suppliers. The role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic operations environment while developing expertise in procurement processes and customer support.

Your mission

• Review purchase requests, ensure data accuracy, and create purchase requisitions in line with established procedures.
• Support stakeholders by resolving purchase requisition and purchase order inquiries and following up on outstanding requests.
• Collaborate with requestors, buyers, and suppliers to ensure timely issue resolution and service delivery.
• Perform administrative and procurement support activities while maintaining process compliance and quality standards.
• Identify and escalate complex issues, vendor disputes, and process improvement opportunities when appropriate.

Required Qualifications

• Polish & English - B2 level.
• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Ability to work with procurement processes, documentation, and transactional systems.
• MS Office skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to analyze information, verify data accuracy, and follow established procedures.
• Professional communication skills for interactions with stakeholders and suppliers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Sales, Customer Service, or a similar operational environment.
• Negotiation skills.
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment.
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to manage multiple requests effectively.
• Eagerness to learn and develop within a procurement operations environment.
