Job Description

We are looking for a Procurement & Supply Chain Manager with proven experience in the construction and building materials industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, managing procurement processes, and ensuring the timely delivery of products required for ongoing projects.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in procurement within the construction, building materials, or related industries.

• Proven experience sourcing from suppliers across Europe, China, and/or GCC countries.

• Experience managing import logistics; prior experience importing into Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.

• Exposure to acoustic systems, façade solutions, or specialty building products is preferred. Candidates do not need to be technical experts but should have relevant industry familiarity.

• Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to drive commercial value, not just process purchase orders.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Available for a full-time, fully remote position.
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for construction materials, equipment, and project requirements.

• Source and evaluate local and international suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with suppliers.

• Coordinate import/export shipments and related documentation.

• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with project teams to forecast material requirements.

• Track purchase orders and shipments, resolving supply chain and logistics issues.

• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

• Analyse supplier performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
