Our leading IT provider partner company is looking for candidates for German-speaking Procurement Team Leader position in Budapest with hybrid working setup.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate and support P2P Administration team of 4-5 employees
- Monitor KPIs, manage workload distribution and prepare reports
- Ensure the accuracy of purchasing requests and POs
- Oversee procurement operations, including invoice-related queries, reconciliation activities and handle escalations
- Act as key contact with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Fluency in German and English
- 2 years’ experience in P2P, procurement operations role
- 2 years’ experience in people management
- Experience with Ariba
- People-focused mindset and excellent communication skills
