What you’ll do As a Commercial Lines Producer at Mitch, you’ll target a wide-open client f ield to a ctively prospect and develop your own pipeline . We’ll also provid e qualified leads to supplement your efforts . Y our expertise and professionalism will shine as you advise small and medium businesses on their risk exposure . You’ll have access to product s from all of Canada’s top commercial carriers to design tailor ed insurance programs and solutions . You’ll establish strong client relationships built on trust. You want to be recognize d as a strategic advisor – not a salesperson . W e’ll provide an Account Manager to support with service, renewals, and the administrative side of things, so that you can focus on building your portfolio. What you’re amazing at Being motivated, self-driven, and staying hungry Using strong sales instincts and creating client-focused solutions that help businesses navigate the complexities of commercial insurance A nalyzing exposures and recommending products, coverages, and limits that mitigate risk for clients and their businesses Establishing long-term client relationships built on trust Embracing digital tools and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment Applying s trong listening and critical thinking skills with an eye for detail Staying positive and thriving under pressure Your qualifications You’ve worked as a Commercial Producer or Sales Broker a t an insurance brokerage for at least two years and have your RIBO licence. Salary Target earnings of $50,000–$120,000, comprised of salary advances and commission, with significant income growth potential as your portfolio expands.
