Building a World-Class Team Be part of a professional, high-caliber team scaling a category-defining platform About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our Product team and deliver the insights that shape Homeaglow’s customer and cleaner experience. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be expected to independently run analyses, design and measure experiments, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders. You’ll work side by side with product managers, marketers, and operators to ensure we’re building and scaling the right things. What You’ll Do Solve data mysteries. Deep-dive on why metrics change and tell the story of what happened Design and measure experiments. Partner with product managers to set up A/B tests with proper baselines and runtimes, then analyze outcomes to inform decisions. Query data accurately. Use SQL to pull from complex datasets and ensure findings are precise and reproducible. Visualize results. Build clear, compelling dashboards and charts that communicate what matters. Pull insights from data. Move beyond reporting to say what the numbers mean for our product, marketplace, and business. Write and share findings. Communicate results in a remote-first, asynchronous environment so stakeholders can make data-driven decisionss What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of experience in a product, growth, or marketplace analytics role at a technology company. Proficient SQL skills and ability to work independently with data. Strong understanding of experimentation and measurement. Ability to balance analytical rigor with practical business recommendations. Clear, effective communication skills A collaborative and curious mindset—someone who wants to learn the business, not just the numbers.
