Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Research and understand U.S. criminal records from court websites.
Maintain standardized criminal charge and disposition mappings.
Analyze court data and define extraction requirements.
Audit data extraction logics and automation results.
Identify automation errors and report them to the automation team.

Business Operations Teams, Product Management, Quality Assurance Teams.
Decision-Making Authority
Works independently within defined standards, recommends mapping and automation improvements, and escalates decisions requiring broader product, operational, or technical approval.

Improves criminal record standardization, enhances automation accuracy, increases operational efficiency, and supports a better customer experience.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience in Criminal Background Screening, Criminal Record Processing, or related domain.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Effective time management and organizational abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to identify patterns in data.
Root cause analysis and problem-resolution techniques.

Strong knowledge of criminal background screening processes.
Expertise in criminal charge and disposition terminology.
