• Set technology & architecture direction for the product support project teams in defining an architecture that:
  • Is coherent with our existing products technology stack and requirements
  • Accelerates our products consolidation
  • Review changes that have major impact on existing product
  • Insure that the best practices are followed in development of products
  • Insure training material is available for the products you are in charge of
  • Collaborate on designs with software engineers
  • Accountable that product designs align with the architectural direction of your product
  • Identifying business requirements and requirements of the stakeholders on the project.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Requirements

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's or computer science or related field
• At least 3+ years experience leading large design efforts and coordinating project teams
• At least 3+ years experience in architecture and/or implementing highly available software systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Mastery of user interaction design skills
• Ability to communicate design rationale and build consensus
• Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to develop new approaches to complex design problems
• Must be organized, have an eye for detail, and be able to put ideas into a tangible form
• Familiarity with the Windows and/or Macintosh Human Interface Guidelines a plus

Computer Skills

• Developed solutions using XML technologies such as XSLT, XSL-FO, XPath, XQuery
• Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, Spring Data, Docker, relational databases.
