About the role:

Join us to build ESTO's products - fast. As a Product Builder, you turn real customer and merchant problems into working products: talk to users, prototype with AI, ship what you can yourself and hand engineers a clear spec for the rest.

This is not a classic product owner role. You join our Business or Personal team, depending on fit, and report to the team lead.

This role is not for everyone. We want a few exceptional builders who move fast, sweat the details and care about quality as much as speed. If you'd rather ship it than talk about it, keep reading.

What You’ll Do:

• Take ideas from problem to production - discovery, prototype, spec, launch and follow-up, without waiting for a brief

• Build with AI every day - prototype flows, build internal tools, automate analysis and ship smaller changes yourself

• Work closely with engineers and designers - know when to build it yourself and when to hand it over

• Talk to customers and merchants - get insights first-hand and test with real users before and after launch

• Own the numbers - define success before you build, run experiments and act on the results

• Sweat the details - test edge cases, copy and UI across all three markets. Nothing goes live half-done

What We Expect:

• Experience: 2+ years in product, growth, design, analysis or a technical role, preferably in fintech or e-commerce

• AI-native builder: you build with AI tools daily (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable) and can show what you have shipped. If you think AI is underhyped, this is the place for you

• Technical fluency (no engineering background required): you understand web apps, APIs and databases, can read code and get a prototype live; basic SQL is a plus

• Product mindset: you start from the customer problem and know how you will measure success

• Speed with quality: fast but never sloppy; you spot the broken edge case before anyone else

• Strong communicator: clear written specs and updates in English

• Ownership mentality: self-directed, finishes what you start

• Nice to have: checkout, BNPL or lending experience; knowledge of the Baltic markets; Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian or Russian language skills
