The Product Content & Digital Asset Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring 5.11 products are accurately and compellingly represented across our digital storefront. You’ll work closely with Product, Creative, Photo Studio, Merchandising, and Ecommerce Operations to coordinate product narratives, features and benefits, technical specifications, attributes, taxonomy, imagery, and digital assets. What You'll Do: Digital Assets & Imagery Track product imagery and digital asset readiness from sample and shoot planning through final delivery and onsite use. Manage image intake, file organization, naming conventions, sequencing, product associations, and overall asset completeness. Coordinate missing imagery, reshoots, alternate views, and asset corrections with Creative and Photo Studio partners. Ensure approved imagery is properly prepared, organized, and available for ecommerce launches. Help maintain consistent standards for how product imagery and digital assets are organized and presented. Product Content Maintain complete, accurate, and customer-focused product content, including product narratives, features and benefits, technical specifications, and supporting details. Coordinate content updates with Product, Brand/Creative, and Merchandising to ensure accuracy and consistent product storytelling. Review product information for completeness and consistency before launch. Support SEO best practices through product naming, copy, metadata, and content completeness where applicable. Product Attributes, Taxonomy & Data Maintain and validate product attributes, category assignments, filter values, size, color and material information, and taxonomy tags in partnership with Site Merchandising. Apply product attribute and taxonomy standards consistently to support product discoverability across navigation, search, and filters. Audit product records for missing, inaccurate, or inconsistent information and coordinate corrections before launch. Help maintain clean, consistent product data across the digital catalog. Launch Readiness & Coordination Track product content and asset readiness, including sample status, shoot timelines, missing content, launch holds, and regional requirements. Provide clear status updates and proactively identify risks that could impact product launches. Coordinate with cross-functional partners to resolve content and asset gaps ahead of launch. Partner with Ecommerce Operations to ensure complete, approved content and assets are available for scheduled product launches. Catalog Quality & Standards Conduct ongoing catalog audits to evaluate content consistency, SEO compliance, taxonomy alignment, image completeness, and regional consistency. Document gaps and action plans and recommend opportunities to improve product presentation and overall catalog quality. Maintain standards, documentation, and workflows for product content and digital assets. Identify opportunities to improve the accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of product content processes. What You Bring: 2–4 years of experience in ecommerce product content, catalog operations, digital asset management, digital merchandising, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with experience managing product information, imagery, and multiple deadlines. Experience working with CMS, PIM, and/or Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems. Experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento) or a similar ecommerce platform preferred. Familiarity with product attributes, taxonomy, metadata, and digital content standards.
