This position is offered on a 12-month contract with full employee benefits, along with the opportunity for contract renewal or conversion to a permanent role based on business needs and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance existing global product and supply chain costing models.
• Analyze cost movements and provide recommendations to support commercial, operational, procurement, and financial decisions.
• Maintain product costing master data and ensure data accuracy in SAP.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual costing reviews.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, and Finance teams to improve costing processes.
• Support process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in Product Costing, Cost Accounting, or Manufacturing Finance.
• Experience in the Oil, Marine, Lubricants, Chemicals, or Petrochemicals industry is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures, including raw materials, production, operational, and supply chain costing.
• Hands-on SAP experience is required (SAP S/4HANA preferred).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience supporting ERP transformation, process automation, or digital improvement initiatives is an advantage.
• Experience with Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, or similar reporting tools is a plus.
