Product / Data Analyst

We're looking for a Middle Product / Data Analyst to join our growing Analytics team. You'll help build and develop BI reporting, analyze product and marketing performance, optimize SQL queries, and transform data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau

• Write and optimize complex SQL queries

• Analyze product performance, traffic quality, and marketing campaigns

• Monitor key business metrics (Retention, LTV, ARPU/ARPPU, GGR/NGR, RTP, Bonus Emission)

• Improve reporting processes and automate manual reports

• Ensure data consistency and reporting quality

• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and other business teams

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or BI Analyst

• Strong SQL (JOINs, CTEs, Window Functions, Subqueries)

• Commercial experience with Tableau

• Experience building dashboards and analytical reports

• Understanding of product and marketing analytics

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets

• Russian — Fluent

• English — B1–B2

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming / Betting

• Python

• Experience with DWH

• Cohort analysis, RFM segmentation

• Affiliate / acquisition traffic analytics
