Sr. Product Analyst – Development Sciences & Clinical Supply Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Sr. Product Analyst with a strong background in Development Sciences and Clinical Supply to join our dynamic team. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, domain knowledge, and effective communication abilities. Key Responsibilities Requirements gathering: Collaborate with DSCS users and gather requirements and use cases. Understand the SDLC process, GxP data products, and deliver key deliverables required post business analysis based on organization standards. Data Analysis: Conduct thorough data analyses of data for example from systems like LIMS, lab instruments, Signals. Have thorough knowledge of DSCS to support workstream like ingesting data from Lab instruments. Knowledge on pilot plant processes and data generated from systems like PI, Delta-V, SIPAT, MES systems etc. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with other teams to gather requirements and analyze them for development team . Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of analytical methodologies, processes, and findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility. Stakeholder Communication: Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring alignment on product strategies and operational improvements. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all analyses and reporting practices adhere to relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years of experience as a product analyst or in a similar analytical role, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. Strong understanding of DPTM domain Technical Skills Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, R, or Python). Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Familiarity with statistical analysis and modeling techniques. Proficiency in cloud technology for example in AWS. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Experience with project management methodologies and tools. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
