Product Demonstrations & Market Communications Manager (all genders)

ABOUT THE ROLE At ERC, we are firmly convinced that actions speak louder than words. We employ industry events as well as both on- and off-premises product demonstrations, partly in collaboration with our strategic partners, to demonstrate how our electrified aviation solutions get the jobs done that matter, when it matters. We are looking to strengthen our growing Commercial Team with a driven individual who brings together a hands-on, execution-oriented mentality with a strategic and holistic perspective. Our new Product Demonstrations and Market Communications Manager (m/f/d) will collaborate closely with Business Development, Product, Operations, and the C-Suite to design, plan, and execute high-impact market-facing events. Beyond these, this individual will be intensively involved in streamlining ERC's overall marketing activities, brand positioning, and digital communications. WHAT YOU WILL DO Product Demonstrations and Events Own the event calendar and coordinate the planning, preparation, and on-site execution of trade fairs, exhibitions, partner events, and product demonstrations Develop impactful event and product demonstration concepts in collaboration with the Product, Business Development, and Flight Test departments Holistically manage event planning and execution from start to finish, incl. event logistics, vendor relationships, inventories, and timelines Design and procure marketing materials and giveaways in alignment with overall company strategy and individual event concept Capture event outcomes and key learnings for continuous improvement Market Communications Support the streamlining of ERC's marketing activities and ensure brand consistency across all market communications Plan and execute marketing campaigns and activities across platforms, incl. social media, website, etc. in alignment with Business Development, Product, and Communications teams Create and publish social media posts, coordinate website updates and optimization, and coordinate the creation and updating of marketing materials (presentations, handouts, visuals) and assets WHAT YOU BRING Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field; master's degree or other advanced degree is a plus Approximately 2-3 years of experience in event management and marketing for a B2B/B2G tech company; experience or strong interest in aerospace, defense, or deep tech is advantageous An interest in creating marketing strategies, executing communication campaigns, and building a consistent brand identity across all channels Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple, cross-functional projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholder groups, including solid experience managing vendors and service providers Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed to plan and execute our extensive array of high-stakes events Fluency in English is a must, working proficiency in German is a plus WHAT WE OFFER Full-scale aerospace engineering, not concept slides A 60+ engineer team at Ottobrunn Real ownership and flat hierarchies: a modern startup culture where your input shapes decisions, not just execution Flexible working hours, remote work, and competitive compensation Health & wellbeing: EGYM Wellpass membership and subsidized lunch in our canteen Office extras: espresso coffee, fresh fruit, and soft drinks, plus regular team and company events, and plenty more once you're on board
