Summary

The Product Design Associate serves as a creative cornerstone, generating essential brand, marketing, and product design materials that support the organization's media, partnership, and product initiatives. This position is vital for ensuring visual consistency across all communication channels and published documents, while also documenting the organization's visual identity for future reference.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging episode thumbnails, social media templates, and campaign-specific assets.
  
• Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines across all published materials.
  
• Design and format partnership proposals, concept notes, and capability statements.
  
• Produce high-quality program and donor reports suitable for both print and digital distribution.
  
• Assist in interface and screen design efforts for internal products.
  
• Develop custom icons, illustrations, and basic motion graphics as project needs arise.
  
• Construct reusable design templates to streamline the creation of routine assets.
  
• Review and prepare final files to ensure they meet technical standards for print and web delivery.
  
• Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of brand assets and source files.
