Your Mission Design seamless, engaging, and visually impactful experiences that shape how millions of users interact with Koinz every day. You’ll turn ideas, product goals, and user needs into intuitive experiences that elevate both the brand and the product journey. What You’ll Own Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements and ideas into intuitive, user-centered experiences. Conduct competitive analysis and stay informed on design trends, user behavior, and industry best practices to continuously elevate the product experience. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI designs for both mobile and web platforms. Design intuitive, scalable, and delightful user experiences that align with Koinz’s brand identity and product vision. Ensure designs are responsive, consistent, and adaptable across multiple devices and screen sizes. Build, maintain, document, and evolve a scalable design system used across cross-functional teams. Share complete Figma designs, lead design discussions, and gather feedback from product, engineering, and business stakeholders. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth design implementation and a high-quality final user experience. Continuously improve the user journey by identifying usability opportunities and contributing innovative design solutions in a fast-paced startup environment. Who You Are 3+ years of professional experience in Product Design. Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms. Proven experience creating pixel-perfect designs across multiple devices and screen resolutions. Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, interaction design, visual hierarchy, typography, and responsive design. Experience building, maintaining, and scaling design systems. A highly collaborative communicator who can confidently present ideas and gather feedback across teams. Detail-oriented with a strong eye for aesthetics, usability, and consistency. Comfortable working independently while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment. A portfolio showcasing practical product design experience, user-centered thinking, and strong visual execution.
