About Savi Security Savi Security is a cybersecurity startup, focused on protecting families from scams and fraud. We currently operate a free scam checker, scamwise.com , and a premium mobile app that automatically blocks scam texts and calls, and does live call screening and protection. Our company is early-stage and founded in October 2025 with a team size of ~10 people. Location: North America (Fully Remote) NOTE: We have employees in all US time zones, and we aim to meet in person a few times each year. About the Role At Savi , we are on a mission to build seamless, trustworthy, and delight-driven product experiences that protect users and deliver clear value from day one. We are looking for a Product Designer to take ownership of the end-to-end user journey—leading design from the moment a user first discovers Savi through to their conversion into an active, engaged Savi Premium subscriber. You won't just be crafting UI components; you will shape product strategy, influence how we build, leverage emerging AI-driven design and development workflows, and set the bar for design excellence. You will work side-by-side with product management, engineering, and marketing leadership, while serving as a key mentor to our growing design team. What You'll Do Bridge Strategy & Execution: Partner closely with Product and Engineering from discovery to deployment, ensuring that user experience, technical feasibility, and business impact align. Collaborate Across Leadership & Marketing: Present design narratives and strategy to executive leadership and marketing stakeholders. Know when to advocate strongly for user experience, when to incorporate feedback, and how to balance creative vision with business goals. Build & Maintain Design Systems: Evolve, scale, and curate our multi-platform design systems, enabling fast iteration, high-quality craft, and brand consistency across touch points. Pioneer AI-Driven Workflows: Continuously explore, evaluate, and integrate emerging AI tools and workflows into how you design and how design handoff works with engineering. Elevate the Craft & Mentor: Act as a thought partner and mentor to peer designers on the team—fostering a culture of feedback, rapid prototyping, and relentless pursuit of design quality. Who You Are 5+ Years of Proven Impact: You have a rich track record of designing high-converting, loved consumer web and mobile applications (iOS and Android). You have a portfolio that showcases end-to-end UX/UI craft, strategic thinking, and measurable outcomes. Obsessed with Product Design: You are a true student of the craft. You spend time analyzing tear downs on Mobbin, studying design systems, keeping up with product launches, and dissecting what makes top-tier consumer apps succeed. AI-Forward & Adaptable: You recognize that design and engineering are rapidly evolving with AI. You are proactive about testing new AI tools (for design, prototyping, asset generation, or code bridging), tweaking your process, and leading the team in adopting modern methods. Balanced Communicator: You possess strong executive presence and communication skills. You can present complex designs clearly, push back constructively with data or UX rationale, and pivot gracefully when strategic direction shifts. Systematic Thinker: You treat design systems as living products. You know how to structure tokens, components, and documentation so engineering can build faster and with total fidelity. Natural Mentor: You love sharing knowledge, pairing on design problems, and lifting the skill floor of the designers around you—all without needing a people manager title to do so. Bonus Points While not strictly required, we’d love to see experience in: Motion & Micro-Interaction Design: Crafting subtle animations (Lottie, Rive, Framer) that bring UI to life and guide user focus. Marketing & Graphic Design: Ability to jump into marketing collateral, landing pages, or ad creative to ensure seamless brand consistency from ad click to in-app conversion.
