Job description

At HomeExchange, our mission is to make home swapping the go-to way of travelling worldwide. Our Product Design team plays a key role in shaping this experience, turning complex journeys into simple, delightful moments for millions of travelers across the globe.

As a Product Designer, you’ll be involved in every stage of the product development process, from discovery to launch, crafting solutions that are intuitive, accessible and impactful for our international community. You’ll help us design features that inspire trust, foster connections and make home exchanging effortless.

You’ll join a collaborative team of designers, product managers and engineers who all share the same goal: building a high-quality product that delivers value to our members while pushing the boundaries of what design can do.

What you’ll do

• Stay close to our members and dig into usage data to understand their needs.

• Shape product strategy with PMs, engineers, data scientists and other teams, focusing on what matters most.

• Design end-to-end experiences across the member journey, from search to hosting, travelling and beyond.

• Evolve and scale Panorama, our design system, across HomeExchange and HomeExchange Collection.

• Make AI part of your daily work to explore, synthesise, prototype and create, with strong design judgement.

• Raise the quality bar through systems thinking and strong craft, and help grow our design culture.

What are we looking for

• 5+ years' experience designing and shipping digital products.

• Strong expertise in UX, visual design and systems thinking, with real care for quality and craft.

• Experience working with design systems and contributing to scalable, consistent patterns.

• Ability to simplify complex problems and turn ambiguity into clear, actionable solutions.

• Clear communication and storytelling skills to align teams, share knowledge and seek feedback early.

• Hands-on experience with Figma and AI tools like Claude (we also use Notion and Slack every day).

• Professional proficiency in French and English.

• Based in Paris, with remote work options.
