This is an early-stage company building an AI platform for the legal industry. The platform pairs advanced reasoning with secure, privacy-first infrastructure so professionals can trust it with their most sensitive work.

The role

We’re hiring a Product Designer to shape how our product looks, feels, and works. You’ll be working directly with the founders and the engineering team to turn a fast-moving roadmap into clean, intuitive, trustworthy experiences for professional users.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end role: research, flows, wireframes, and polished UI – you own the whole arc, not just handoffs. Because the team is small, your work is visible from day one, and the patterns you set become the design foundation for everything that follows.

What you’ll do

• Own product design end to end — from problem framing and user flows to wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.

• Design clear, intuitive interfaces for complex, information-dense workflows (documents, review, analysis).

• Partner closely with front-end engineers to ship pixel-accurate, responsive, accessible UI.

• Talk to users to understand their real workflows and validate designs with them.

• Build and maintain a design system and component library as the product grows.

• Shape the brand and visual language where needed.

What you bring

• 3–5 years of product design experience shipping real software, ideally web applications.

• A strong portfolio showing end-to-end work: flows, interaction design, and polished, professional UI.

• Fluency in Figma, with comfort prototyping and working from (or building) a design system.

• A talent for designing for complexity — turning dense, expert workflows into something clear and calm.

• Self-direction and clear communication on a small, distributed team.

• Fluent with AI tools — you actively use them to improve your workflow and move faster.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for expert or professional users (legal, medical, finance, or enterprise).

• Comfort with HTML/CSS, or a habit of working closely alongside engineers in code.

• Brand or visual-identity work beyond product UI.

• Interest in AI / LLM products and designing for trust.
