岗位描述：

我们正在寻找一位具备Agent产品架构思维的资深产品设计师，加入 Zoom Virtual Agent（ZVA）中国设计团队。ZVA 是 Zoom 的智能客服自动化平台，正在从传统 Q&A bot 向能执行多步任务的 AI Agent 演进，覆盖 chat、voice、SMS等多渠道场景。你将与美国设计团队及全球产品、工程、AI 团队紧密协作，负责 ZVA 产品的架构级设计决策，同时带领设计师提升整体设计能力和交付质量。这是一个需要在复杂 AI 产品中做出系统性判断、推动跨团队 alignment、并以身作则建立团队标杆的关键角色。

岗位职责：

• Agent 产品架构设计：负责 ZVA 核心模块的架构级设计决策，能够抽象出模块之间的关系（如 Knowledge / Skill / Agent Capability / Evaluation / Analytics），独立驱动设计方向，确保产品在 GUI 配置、对话式配置、混合模式下的体验一致性和可扩展性。
• 系统性问题发现与解决： 主动识别 ZVA 整体信息架构（IA）和用户体验中的系统性问题，不局限于单个 flow 的可用性优化，能够从build / deploy / monitor / improve 的完整 agent lifecycle 视角提出改进方案并推动落地。
• 跨团队协作与影响力： 与美国产品负责人、设计 Lead、工程及 AI 团队用英语进行架构层面的平等对话和观点交换，推动复杂设计决策的跨地域对齐，确保中美团队在产品方向上的一致性。
• 中国设计团队 Lead：作为中国设计团队的专业标杆，通过高质量的设计实践和有深度、可落地的评审反馈，提升团队在设计判断、方案质量和执行标准上的一致性，并促进开放、建设性的设计评审文化。
• 质量与标准把控： 确保设计覆盖完整，遵循 Zoom 设计原则，设立清晰质量标准。

任职要求：

• 本科及以上学历，5 年以上产品设计经验，其中至少 2 年在复杂 B2B SaaS 或 AI 产品领域担任 Senior / Lead Designer 角色。
• 具备 Agent / AI 产品的架构思维，能够从系统层面理解 conversational AI、agent platform、workflow automation 等产品的核心交互范式和信息架构，有能力抽象出模块间的依赖关系和设计原则。
• 拥有扎实的设计基础和方法论，能够独立完成从用户研究、需求分析、信息架构、交互设计到视觉呈现的完整设计流程，产出质量达到行业 senior 水平。
• 具备优秀的英语沟通能力（听说读写），能够用英语进行架构层面的设计 presentation、跨团队讨论和文档撰写，适应全英文工作环境和国际化团队协作。
• 强烈的 Ownership 和主动性，能够主动发现产品中的系统性问题并推动改进，不依赖 PM 派发任务，具备自驱型工作风格和问题解决能力。
• 能够通过高质量的设计产出和有深度的 review 反馈影响团队，愿意帮助团队成员成长，建立团队设计标准和最佳实践。

加分项：

• 有 Agent / Conversational AI 平台产品设计经验（Intercom Fin、Ada、Zendesk AI Agents、Salesforce Agentforce Service、Google Conversational Agents（Dialogflow CX）或类似产品经验者优先）。
• 有 Contact Center、Customer Experience、Enterprise AI 等相关行业背景，理解 admin 配置、效果监控、问题定位、handoff 等核心场景。
• 熟悉 AI 产品的质量评估体系（如 latency、accuracy、hallucination、trust、observability），能够在设计中体现对AI 能力边界和 fallback 机制的理解。
• 有使用 AI 工具辅助设计工作的实践经验（如 Prototype / vibe coding、AI-assisted design workflow），能够快速将架构判断转化为可讨论的 demo 或原型。
• 有大厂 AI 产品线或国际化团队的Senior / Staff Designer 经验，具备跨地域、跨职能团队协作和影响力建设的成功案例。
