About the Role At HeyMarvin, design isn't a service team — it's at the heart of our product strategy. You'll work directly alongside our Chief Product Officer, shaping AI-driven products that most designers will never get close to. If you're obsessed with design and want to create something extraordinary every day, keep reading. Key Responsibilities Conduct user research to understand personas, behaviors, and needs. Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design concepts. Develop pixel-perfect, high-fidelity UI designs with strong aesthetics and brand consistency. Design and iterate on AI-driven products — including chat interfaces and AI interviewer experiences Iterate based on usability testing, data, and team feedback. Join customer calls to gather insights directly from users. Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams. Participate in regular design reviews. Qualifications 5+ years in UI/UX or Product Design. A clean, well-organized portfolio — applications without one will not be reviewed. Obsessed with design and excited to create something great every day. Comfortable with data and usability metrics. Proficient in Figma; experience with AI-based prototyping tools is a plus. Strong communicator who can clearly articulate design decisions. Startup or smaller company background preferred. No coding required. Why Join Us?
