Product Designer (all level)

Location: Budapest, Hungary (hybrid) or remote in the EU, with the first month onsite Seniority: all levels Full-time We're looking for a Product Designer who thrives at the intersection of design, strategy, and craft. If that's the kind of work you want to do, we want to hear from you. What you'll do Strategic design and problem framing Define the right problems to solve, not just create solutions. With so many possible directions, your role is to frame the problems worth solving and guide where we go Think in systems, considering how features work together holistically rather than in isolation Connect user needs with business objectives, serving as the bridge between what users need and what the business requires Make judgment calls under pressure, knowing when something is genuinely good and when it needs more time Hands-on execution Move from concept to testable prototype quickly, so more of your time goes into the creative and strategic decisions Use AI tools (Claude Code, Codex, and others) to rapidly prototype, iterate, and validate concepts Validate and refine outputs from any source, applying your taste and judgment to ensure quality Who you are Core traits Naturally curious and self-directed: you explore products deeply, ask "why," and don't wait to be told what to do High learning velocity: you can quickly pick up new tools, frameworks, and ways of working Taste and judgment: you know when something needs more refinement and when it's good enough to ship, and you care about the details no one else notices User-first thinking: every design decision comes back to whether it's making someone's life better Pride in being part of a small team: small teams move fast and own outcomes end to end.
