As we continue to grow, we are looking for a: Product Designer - Campaigns City: Belgrade Role Summary: As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, prototype and deliver high-quality solutions that align with both user needs and business goals. In this role, you will work closely with the CEE cluster at a European level, contributing to regional product initiatives while collaborating daily with colleagues in a dynamic international environment. Responsibilities: Plan, design and implement new product experiences. Create intuitive, user-centered solutions with a strong focus on usability. Collaborate with Product teams on various initiatives and feature development. Develop wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs. Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and data insights. Ensure consistency and quality across all UX/UI deliverables. Guide the team on UX best practices and support decision-making. Use data and customer research to generate ideas and validate product hypotheses. Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective design solutions. Actively seek and incorporate feedback to improve design outcomes. Zahtevi Qualifications: Strong UI/UX portfolio demonstrating your design process and solutions. Proficiency in design tools (e.g. Figma, with basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator). Experience with mobile-first and responsive design. Solid understanding of usability principles and Human-Computer Interaction. Background in graphic design is a plus. Understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus. Familiarity with the gaming industry is a plus. Fluent English (written and spoken).
